Return and Exchange Policy

Most unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to double-check all information on the package before you open it. If you are still unsure, contact us or call Customer Service at 800-659-5053 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST).

All sales of clearance merchandise are final. Clearance merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective.

We will gladly exchange any defective merchandise for the same item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number should be written on the outside packaging of your returned defective item. Our Quality Assurance team will test the defective item. Upon approval of the Quality Assurance team, your replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping, insurance and proof of delivery for all returns.


Because embroidery design and software downloads are digital products and cannot be returned, refunds are not available.  The only exception is if you accidentally purchase the same download twice from us - if that happens please contact us for a refund.

We want you to be happy with your Amazing Designs purchase.  Our embroidery designs and software are thoroughly tested by our quality assurance team, and and our support team is here to help if you need assistance.  Please contact us if you have any questions about using our products.
